Are you concerned about wasting your time sending an email that no one will ever read or respond to? It sucks, doesn’t it? It’s a crappy feeling to take the time to send an email to someone, only to feel like they won’t even give you the time of day. 

I understand. I’ve been there. I hate it, too. That’s why I’m committed to excellent customer service. We really do read and respond to every message we get (promise!)
